Project requests

Name, client type, organisation if given, role, email, WhatsApp or phone if given, fields, the problem description, timeline and budget range if given, one attachment if given, and your consent.

Client portal

For invited contacts: name, email, organisation, sign-in records, and the project documents, approvals, invoices and support tickets of your organisation.

To review your request and reply to it, and, if we work together, to deliver the project and support it through the portal. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.

The public site sets no tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies or personal profiles, so there is no cookie banner. The portal uses one essential, secure session cookie to keep you signed in.

On Cloudflare infrastructure: the database for requests and accounts, and private file storage for attachments and documents. Files are never public; they are served only through authorised links.

Emails about your request and your project are sent through Resend, an email delivery service.

Declined requests

Deleted after 12 months.

Accepted requests

Become part of the project record.

Portal accounts

Kept while you are an invited contact.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete your request or account at any time.

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top.
